What Would You Do?

I recently received an E-mail from a friend about the meeting of Dr. Henry Louis Gates and Sergeant James Crowley at the White House hosted by President Obama. In her E-mail she said, I wish you could have mediated the discussion on race at the White House today. You would have been quite an asset!” I was flattered but then I wondered what I would have done if I had been given that chance. So, let me ask you, “What would you have done had you been asked to facilitate that reconciliation process?” What would you say, where would you start and how would you use it for the greater good?
