Comments about Ignite07
As a Latina-America, Seminary Student, I would say this conference is invaluable. This conversation regarding cross cultural conflict should be on the forefront of all major/small seminaries. If we are truly about the work of the Kingdom, all future pastors/educators, should be trained and aware of the issues. All servants of the Kingdom should be competent in cross-cultural conflict/community.
— Jessica M., Student, Mars Hill Graduate School, Seattle, WA
If we really desire to see the kind of reconciliation take place at our university/college that we have discussed at IGNITE 07, senior administrators need to be engaged in the process at the deepest levels. I strongly recommend to other Christian colleges/universities SMA expertise, training, insight and wise counsel in aiding seriously committed participants in seeking racial reconciliation for their campuses. This stuff is revolutionary & transformational, not just informative and educational.
— Dr. Dennis Engbrecht, Senior Vice President of Student Development, Bethel College, Mishawaka, IN
You all are blessings to many, especially me. The IGNITE '07 Collaboration did something for me that has not been done in quite some time – you inspired me and gave me a renewed hope, as well as reminded me that God brings the right people in your life at the right time. Also, our time together reminded me that there are no such things and accidents – all steps and connections are ORDAINED and DIVINE!
