Individual Discerning Assessments

After completing an intake questionnaire below that identifies your call and ministry context, an SMA associate will conduct an hour-long, one-on-one discernment interview with you. Together, we will explore your unique gifts and journey thus far, how you can grow as a reconciliation leader, and how SMA can support you in that process. We will then provide you with a report tailored to your context that includes practical steps you can take in the short-, mid-, and long-term.  

Cost for individual assessment: $250
