Leaders Cohorts

This 1-year journey is for emerging leaders, who are actively involved in the ministry of reconciliation. This cohort is for those wanting to go deeper into reconciliation praxis, spiritual transformation, and leadership development. They will receive personal and small group mentoring in a monthly video call with Rev. Dr. Brenda Salter McNeil.

Each meeting will cover specific principles and practices from Dr. Brenda’s years of experience in the ministry of reconciliation. Leaders will be encouraged to bring the challenges they currently face in their context. 
Participants will receive customized solutions and strategies as well as information and advice. They will have access to peer mentoring and expand their network with other like-minded leaders.

Who is this for?

• Emerging and executive reconciliation leaders, who are actively involved in the ministry of reconciliation, typically working in a church, college, ministry, or NGO setting.

What can you expect?

• Principle-Based Coaching 
  Reconcilers will be given customized solutions, strategies, information, and advice addressing real-life ministry circumstances. This will be done through monthly cohort coaching meetings with other leaders and Dr. Brenda by appointment.

• Networking with Reconciliation Leaders
  Reconcilers within each cohort will be given the opportunity to network with like-minded leaders. Relationship building is an intentional aspect of this mentoring process.

How does this work?

• 2-3 cohorts start each calendar year, running concurrently. Typical start months are February, May, or October (no meeting in August) and run for 12 months.

• You can apply online at any time.

• Each cohort will be capped at 7-8 committed leaders. Once full capacity has been confirmed, a date for the first meeting will be set.

• The cohort will gather monthly for a video coaching call focused on specific principles and practices from Dr. Brenda’s years of experience. Access to Dr. Brenda individually by phone appointment is available as needed

How much does it cost?

• The cost is $200 per month, $2,400 per year for group and 1-1 coaching.

• We encourage you to consider asking church/ministry partners to invest in you.
